X35 Earthwalker Warhammer 40,000- Inquisitor - Martyr - Season 5

Warhammer 40000: Inquisitor – Martyr is an action role playing game developed by ‘Neocore games‘ and published by ‘Bigben interactive‘. Warhammer 40000: Inquisitor – Martyr isn’t new at all but what is new is Season 5. Season of judgement. This is what’s coming to consoles. Xbox Series X and PS5. So expect next gen season, said to come out on the 6th of July 2023. X35 Earthwalker doesn’t take orders from Inquisitors. Let’s take a look.

Warhammer 40000: Inquisitor – Martyr – Season of judgement Season 5 on Xbox Series X/S and PS5 brings about what you’d expect. Higher resolution textures, cross-gel multiplayer modes, native 4k support, enhanced shadows, and improved physics. Even the dual sense PS5 controller gets “fully utilised.” So it’s direct upgrade for sure.

X35 Earthwalker Warhammer 40,000- Inquisitor - Martyr - Season 5

So the people already playing Warhammer 40000: Inquisitor should automatically be happy. For those of you who are new listen up. The inquisitor is considered the imperium’s most powerful agent. Key word is agent. You have access to some crazy weapons. Your investigation will carry over multiple planets in the caligari sector.

We checked out some Warhammer 40000: Inquisitor – Martyr – Season of judgement Season 5 gameplay and it’s what we expected. There’s destructible environments, vehicles and towers that you can use. For some reason there’s also a cover system. An action RPG like this definitely has a skill tree. A very big skill tree. There’s 3 character classes as well. So more layers to the flavour.

Overall Warhammer 40000: Inquisitor – Martyr – Season of judgement Season 5 looks like a very good game. Fun too. There’s crafting and rightfully so, multiple weapons. Warhammer 40000: Inquisitor – Martyr – Season of judgement Season 5 has also been described as a “persistent open world”. Last and best of all this game is multiplayer. 2 players locally and 4 player online. The developers Neocore games’ have done a very good job the season 5 of this game. X35 Earthwalker will now take this game somewhat seriously and look at it again. Now Warhammer 40000: Inquisitor – Martyr – Season of judgement Season 5 may have a whole upgrade but it’s still too basic for… the ‘Earth Walk!’

X35 Earthwalker front mission 1st remake

Front Mission 1st: Remake is a strategy Role Playing game developed and published by ‘Forever Entertainment‘. Front Mission 1st: Remake is said to be coming out the 30th of June 2023 on the Xbox Series X, Xbox One, PS5, PS4 and pc. Already out on Nintendo Switch. Mechs, combat, strategy, movement? Alright. X35 Earthwalker Knows what mech games need. Let’s take a look.

The story in Front Mission 1st: Remake is normal-ish.  It’s the Year 2090. Battles are fought using mechs called Wanzers. Lame name. There’s two groups: Oceania Cooperative Union (O.C.U.) and Unified Continental States (U.C.S.). They don’t like each other and fight. Huffman island is the only place where they share a border. So yeah, conflict has started. Lieutenant Karen Meure goes missing and you, discharged from the military goes to find her. Of course nothing is simple or as they seem. Can you trust anyone?

X35 Earthwalker front mission 1st remake

You like mech games and strategy? You better. Front Mission 1st: Remake is focused on that to a medium level. So carefully place your units. Use the environment to your advantage and take them out. Customise your Wanzers and pilots. You can switch between the classic and modern mode. So old school players who knew this game can get a treat. Strategy games need to put in that extra layer for information. So make use of the free camera and the NEW tactical map.

X35 Earthwalker front mission 1st remake

When it comes to strategy games, we love to have details and information. We need numbers, designated paths or items, options, difficulty, control and so much more. When it comes to mechs though, there’s a whole lot of other needs. The mech animations, weapons, clear differences between designs. We aren’t easily satisfied.

We checked out some Front Mission 1st: Remake gameplay and it’s not what we expected. Remember it’s a remake so we expect things to be next level but we aren’t getting that from what we can see, or feel. Its style is clearly different. Not our style though. Those who know the legacy of this game will be happy to see this.

Overall Front Mission 1st: Remake looks like an alright game. The graphics are very simple and the. Animations are basic too. We do like the mechs thrusting around for fast movement. The developers ‘Forever Entertainment’ have done an alright job with this. We at X35 Earthwalker hope this game does well. Now Front Mission 1st: Remake may have wanzers but they aren’t advanced enough to be used by… the ‘Earth Walk!’

X35 Earthwalker Fuga: Melodies of steel 2 - X35 Earthwalker

Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2 is a turn based role playing game developed and published by ‘Cyberconnect2‘. Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2 is said to be coming out the 11th of May on the Xbox Series X, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PS5, PS4 and pc. X35 Earthwalker was waiting for this sequal and has specific expectations. Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2 looking like it wants to add a bit more of everything in here. Let’s take a look.

Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2 is back and it wants to be intense. So what’s happening now is that the children, a year later, are on another mission, in another tank. Confused? Let us explain. You did fight and win the war as shown in the first game but then the children got called by pharaoh to help with “the investigation of the recovered Taranis”. The tank goes crazy and heads out “on a deadly rampage”. It traps and absconds with a some people. Now Malt and the remaining youngsters give chase aboard… the Tarascus! What a change. So yeah, load your cannons and get to it.

X35 Earthwalker Fuga: Melodies of steel 2 - X35 Earthwalker

Now if you played Fuga: Melodies of Steel then you already know what to expect from this game. Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2 will play the same but remember what we said. Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2 wants to add a bit more of everything. So picture what you remember and then add more. For example some players will remember making some hard decisions… things will get harder and more important as your choices affect the judgement gauge. This will impact and change “how events play out.” Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2 claims that players are the author of their own story. We hope Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2 can get this ‘your choices affect the story’ mechanic right as many games fail at this.

Another thing that’s new and improved is the Soul Cannon. Thank goodness they made this change as X35 Earthwalker never used the Soul Cannon before. Being the best player of all time, he didn’t need it. The problem is that it’s so powerful and cool but you can’t use it. If you do, that’s a bad thing. So if you play very well and have excellent strategies, you never got to use an awesome weapon. Now there’s an Managarm. This Managarm is like a smaller Soul Cannon and it only drains the energy of a child, not devour their soul. So the kid who powers it will just be unavailable until the next intermission.

X35 Earthwalker Fuga: Melodies of steel 2 - X35 Earthwalker

The judgement gauge will also unlock you new abilities known as leader skills. These make choices matter more as you want to unlock as many abilities as possible for more strategies and options so players may want to get a blend of both sides. Both Sides? Empathy and Resolution. Not sure why they are on opposites ends as it’s easy to do both but here in Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2, your choices are either one or the other. ‘We strike first’ is from the Resolution side and it lets you and your allies attack first. ‘Careful’ is from the empathy side and it hexes an enemies sight to make its attack fail’. So think about this.

We checked out some Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2 gameplay and it’s what we expected. We liked that the battle system has been upgraded and improved. We hope for more use for the children who don’t get used in combat and mostly warm the bench. It’s good to hear that the improvements and new additions to the battle system was based on player feedback. Shows they are listening. There’s also changes to the branch routes you take on your journey, including calling in an airship to back you up. You can get an air raid, supplies or be transported to another destination. This again adds more to what’s happening. New character as well, Vanilla, first daughter of Gasco. She looks like she means business.

The weight of despair, rage, and loss will shake you to your core in Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2—the RPG of hard choices and tough decisions!

Overall Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2 is looking like an excellent game and a step up from the first game. Many players have gone through some emotions on their journey through Fuga: Melodies of Steel. Well Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2 is saying it wants to turn this up. Expect “despair, rage and loss.” The developers ‘Cyberconnect2’ have done a fantastic job so far. We at ‘X35 Earthwalker‘ are going to keep our eyes on this game. Now Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2 may have a new tank and firepower but it’s not effective against… the ‘Earth Walk!’

X35 Earthwalker Mato Anomalies

Mato Anomalies is a turn based RPG developed by ‘Arrowiz‘ and published by ‘Prime Matter‘. Mato Anomalies is said to be coming out the 10th of March 2023 on the Xbox Series X, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PS5, PS4 and pc. Things might get futuristic around here. X35 Earthwalker is confident concerning the future. Let’s take a look.

In Mato Anomalies all the action is taking place in what’s described as a “fantasized neo-futuristic version of Old Shanghai”. You control Doe and Gram who all about investigating strange anomalies around the city. Not just that but at times you’ll head into rifts to battle “demonic abominations”. So there are demons who want to take down the city. Typical demons. Hate them.

X35 Earthwalker Mato Anomalies

We do like that the two protagonists are different not just in character but also in role and skills. Doe is a detective and will gather knowledge and intel to figure out what’s going on concerning the city of Mato. While Gram is an exorcist and does the demonic battling, hopping into rifts. So players will have to use the both of them to get the jobs done.

They won’t be alone as Doe and Gram may have to team up with what’s described as “unlikely companions”. This is telling us that there’s good potential for the story. According to the description, there will be hope, duty and justice. Things might get complicated here. So maybe gain the trust of some people you meet, even if they don’t like you.

X35 Earthwalker Mato Anomalies

We checked out some Mato Anomalies gameplay and it’s mostly what w expected. Move around the city and find clues concerning what’s going on. Talk to NPCs, handle missions and get the locations of rifts. Jump in and deal with those demons who are causing problems. Getting rewards for doing so. There’s also factions who are involved with what’s going on concerning Mato. You’ll be dealing with them as they are a factor. In combat, there’s a “shared health across all team members, gear matrix and dual-talent system.”

Overall Mato Anomalies is looking like it’s going to be a very good game. The graphics are very good for its style. The story is going to be the strongest factor of Mato Anomalies. Meaning the game rises or falls quite a bit depending on how they do the story, its impact and what emotions it brings out of the player. The developers ‘Arrowiz’ have done a very good job so far. We at X35 Earthwalker will have to keep an ear open for this game. Now Mato Anomalies may have demon rifts but those things close automatically when they face… the ‘Earth Walk!’

X35 Earthwalker Monster Hunter Rise

Monster Hunter Rise is an action role playing game developed and published by ‘Capcom’. Monster Hunter Rise is said to be coming out the 20th of January 2023 on the Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS5 and PS4. It’s already out on the Nintendo Switch and pc. Monster Hunter Rise is coming to the others consoles. Big monsters, big hunting. X35 Earthwalker knows what real hunting is. Let’s take a look.

Monster Hunter Rise is the latest main Monster Hunter game. Fans of the Monster Hunter games should know what to expect here. Simply put, players are hunters and you go out to get those monsters. big monsters which sometimes include dragons. You have massive and powerful weapons and ideally work in a team to take them down. X35 has checked out previous Monster Hunter games before and liked the variety that’s available. From desert based enemies to ones chilling in a forest. We expect similar and more.

X35 Earthwalker Monster Hunter Rise

Monster Hunter Rise coming to Xbox and PlayStation means that new players are on the way. So hopefully all the Nintendo Switch and pc players will be advisers, show some support and gaming-ship. Makes you wonder how the new players will change the balance going around. After all the new players will be lower level and less experienced. So will there be functions and mechanics to help out the new players or is it, you are on your own and will always be behind everyone, which isn’t fun. Let’s see.

X35 Earthwalker Monster Hunter Rise

Monster Hunter Rise isn’t exactly the same thing in everyday. The Monster Hunting action takes place in Kamura village. If you like mountains then… be happy… or whatever. Hunts can even take place at the Ancient Shrine ruins. Now off course when you go to hunt a powerful and dangerous monster, the wise thing to do is get some help. So either go at it solo, something X35 Earthwalker can do with the greatest of ease, or be like a regular mortal and play co-op with up to three other players… both local and online. Wish more games had local co-op. It’s needed and makes a big difference.

Overall Monster Hunter Rise seems like a alright game so far. Monster Hunter still hasn’t made us want to try it yet. Monster still has a ways to go. The fans of course should be happy. It’s time to see what’s up. The developers ‘Capcom’ have done an alright job soo far. We expected the graphics to be better though. We at X35 Earthwalker will have to hear about the impact. Now Monster Hunter Rise may be available on more platforms but it’s still to little for… the ‘Earth Walk!’

X35 Earthwalker Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin

Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin is a good game. It has its problems and they are very clear but we are focusing on the combat. Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin has fantastic combat gameplay and mechanics. X35 Earthwalker has gone crazy in the combat and off course mastered it. So we can take his word for it. We will keep this G-blog quite short. Let’s take a look.

Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin has fast paced combat. If you aren’t trash and actually play on high difficulty then this game will be difficult. Some enemies will trash you and even making one mistake can lead to death at times. Players will need to have good reflexes and a decent level tactical mind. There’s multiple styles, mechanics and abilities. If we dived in ands broke things down then this would be large G-bog for sure.

The main thing is that there’s multiple classes which can have different weapons from maces, swords, dual blades and even your fists. Each class you can enter the battle settings which determines your weapon (if your class can handle multiple weapons), combo abilities, equipment and command abilities like Light bringer. This is where all the customisation and style design takes place. Equipment level determines your character level. Combo abilities can be done in specific sequences of attacks and can truly lower enemies break meter. command abilities allow for powerful effect that can change the course of the battle. Command and combo abilities both require MP.

Now if you are a lower level than what the level recommends, then you will actually suffer in Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin. The enemies will do much bigger damage but even worse is they drain your break gauge extremely fast. Once the break gauge is drained you are temporarily just sitting there. Meaning you get punished heavily. This is another reason why combat is intense. On high difficulties and being a bit under levelled or facing a really strong enemy, the battles become very intense. You have to focus, time your attacks and dodge/block everything. Getting hit once really costs you. Also the enemies break gauge is harder to reduce as well. Sometimes those fights are the better ones.

Players must be careful of their health and, manage their MP wisely as both can go down really fast. Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin has multiple options for multiple things. You can straight up block or use the soul shield. Soul Shield lets you block an attack and restore MP while also increasing your max MP. You can also quickly follow up a successful soul shield with an attack. So why use regular block like ever? Well that’s because unlike soul shield, blocking can block against multiple attacks in rapid succession. Soul shield blocks that one attack. So any attack like a volley of projectiles counters soul shield as you block the first projectile but all the others will strike you.  Soul shield also drains your break gauge making stunning you all the more easier if used wrongly. So pick which defensive option based on the enemy and situation.

X35 Earthwalker Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin

There’s a few classes that truly dabble in magic. The mages are powerful and can bring out some serious effects and attacks. The sage is better as it can use both attack types of the mages. elemental attacks and powerful buffs for yourself and the team. There’s even an Ultima attack which completely destroys all things… most of the time. Strongest attack in the game and is a boss slayer. Then there’s the Ninja class which has resources exclusive to the class which can be used to activate a few powerful abilities and even perform elemental attacks or throw shurikens (regular and big). Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin, smartly, allows you to switch between your two selected classes. So switching up the abilities and getting optimal is an option here.

Overall the combat in Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin is excellent. The combat is the best thing about the game. When you master it, memorise enemy attacks and upgrade your classes, the combat rises to a different level. You end up really enjoying it. Soul shield, combo abilities and then finishing them off. By the way, the executions for these enemies are very good for the most part. Skeletons get stepped on, head ripped off and then used to destroy them. Flying bird hybrids get swung and smashed into the floor… hulk and Loki style. An aquatic enemy gets its back broken. Final Fantasy Origin: Stranger of Paradise do need to add more flavours to the combat and give players more free control when it comes to elemental attacks. X35 Earthwalker sees all the changes the need to make but this ain’t the G-blog for that. Now Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin may have excellent, fun combat but it’s still not up the level of… the ‘Earth Walk!’

X35 Earthwalker Fuga: Melodies of Steel

Fuga: Melodies of Steel is a tactical role playing game that was developed by CyberConnect2. Fuga: Melodies of Steel was released on Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PS5, PS4 and PC. This game is excellent. X35 Earthwalker is playing it now and it’s been a good treat so far. There’s a lot to say and talk about but we will try to keep it short. Let’s take a look.

Fuga: Melodies of Steel is all about a group of children, a dozen at most, who are controlling a tank. Why? Their village got raided by an invading military force and their families were taken captive. So They ended up finding a powerful tank called the Taranis. It’s massive and bigger than any other tank. It’s a super tank. They will use this to chase after the Berman army. Sounds like a plan. Right? It’s children after all.

X35 Earthwalker Fuga: Melodies of Steel

We like the graphic style of Fuga: Melodies of Steel. It sort of reminds us of Astria Ascending. The game looks good. The characters look good and are distinct. The character designs alone give you a lot of information about the characters. That kind of designs top level and many people can’t do that. The story telling is effective. The voice of the lady communicating with the children sounds almost perfect. Sounds like a guardian… their guardian but who is this person? The illustrations + voice and the events work very well together. We already have characters we care about… a lot. X35 Earthwalker will not allow harm to come to these children.

X35 Earthwalker Fuga: Melodies of Steel

The main thing about this game is the strategies. Fuga: Melodies of Steel has many mechanics that allow for deep strategies. It’s not just fire cannons at enemy tanks. Each tank has weaknesses that when exploited with a specific type of tank cannon, can cause the enemy vehicle to be delayed. Making them act later. The weapons have different damage and accuracy. Some enemies are harder to hit and so it’s wiser to use certain weapons against them. There’s status effects that can be inflicted like stun, burn and smoke (here’s more). Smoke reduces their accuracy and burn inflicts damage after each action. Special abilities and attacks require SP to use. Another resource to manage. Some enemies have armour which reduce the damage they take but there are special ammo and abilites that can get rid of the armour. There’s buffs you can give to individual characters or there whole team like increasing luck, speed or damage. We can explain more but lets’ keep it short.

The strategies don’t end on the battlefield. There’s more thinking required during the intermissions. During the intermission you have 20 AP (action points). Having the children talk to each other, to build their relationships, costs AP. Planting seeds to grow crops cost AP. So does, fishing for scrap and cooking a meal. Why are you doing any of this? They all yield great benefits. Building relationships allows for link attacks and stronger support effects. Growing crops produce ingredients for cooking. Cooking meals gives buffs to your characters. Scrap fishing creates a chance to obtain materials. Materials are needed to upgrade the Taranis. Upgrades include more health, damage and maximum SP. You never have enough AP to do everything you want or need. You have to decide what to do, prioritise and conclude what’s most important. You’ll understand easily when you play it. Bottom line, you’ll redoing heavy thinking both in and out of combat. Nothing must be wasted. Every decision and move counts. Even the paths you take on your journey, safe, normal and dangerous matters. Tactical gamers and players with some intelligence will thrive here. Off course no gamer is even close to X35’s intelligence.

Overall Fuga: Melodies of Steel is a fantastic game. Graphics, sounds, story, emotions, investment, decisions and deepness of strategies are all very good. The animations of the Taranis are weak though. There’s seriously more to the strategies. There’s the link attacks which are powerful and must be unlocked through a bond between characters and then charged up. Then there’s ‘Hero mode’. This is where things get real crazy. Maybe we will go over more of this stuff another time. Fuga: Melodies of Steel is available on the Xbox Game Pass right now. Fuga: Melodies of Steel isn’t normally our type of game but this game has been a real treat for sure. X35 Earthwalker is invested. There you go. We tried to keep this short. Fuga: Melodies of Steel is worth checking out if you have the brains for it.

X35 Earthwalker Steelrising

Steelrising is a action Role Playing Game developed by ‘Spiders‘ and published by ‘Nacon‘. Steelrising is said to be coming out the 8th of September 2022 on the Xbox Series X, PS5 and PC. Steelrising looking like it’s going to be sort off dark and serious. X35 Earthwalker oversees battles and wars. Let’s take a look.

Steelrising has a wacky but cool story going on. So to keep it simple. Players control a character called Aegis. You joined a revolution in Paris. Why? Well… King Louis XVI has a automata army and they causing real problems for the people of Paris. The city is burning and dying. Some say it’s bleeding. So yeah, time to fight back. Steelrising all about the revolution.

X35 Earthwalker Steelrising

Aegis, the main character, is basically a “mechanical masterpiece”. Aegis was built by an engineer, called Vaucanson, to be the queen’s bodyguard. So you know she must be powerful, if she’s made to protect the queen herself. Skill, patience and timing is definitely needed in Steelrising. Failing to dodge and roll at the correct time can result in a swift death. Big bad machines will definitely require timing.

X35 Earthwalker Steelrising

There’s different weapons and you can upgrade your abilities. This allows for a variety of fighting styles. All about agility and mobility? Slower but a real heavy hitter? Elemental attacks? You decide. We already know what fighting style we want and what’s the best for the current situation.

We checked out some Steelrising gameplay and it’s mostly what we expected. We hate how ugly our character Aegis looks though. One of the worst looking characters. We like the speed of the battles. We like the there’s multiple techniques. You can parry enemies and time abilities. We like that look that Steelrising has. Quite unique… even though France is quite lame. We hoping that the difficult is there. These types of games are popular. We hope Steelrising does well.

Overall Steeelrising looks like a good game for sure. There’s multiple good stories you can get out of this setting. Le’s hope the story here is good enough. The variety in combat styles need to be balanced and clear. The visuals are good and the effects are very good. The animations are good for the most part. The developers ‘Spiders’ have done a good job so far. We at X35 Earthwalker will keep an ear out for this game. Steelrising may have a revolution going on but it’s too insignificant for… the ‘Earth Walk!’

X35 Earthwalker SD Gundam Battle Alliance

SD Gundam Battle Alliance is an action role playing game developed by ‘ARTDINK‘ and published by ‘Bandai Namco Entertainment‘. SD Gundam Battle Alliance is said to be coming out the 25th of August 2022 on the Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PS5, PS4 and PC. SD Gundam Battle Alliance is looking sort of serious. X35 Earthwalker is here. Let’s take a look.

SD Gundam Battle Alliance takes place in a strange place called G: Universe. It’s a world where the Gundam canon story has been completely distorted. It’s not correct. So you need correct this distorted time line. How do you doo that? By fighting off course. What else is there?

X35 Earthwalker SD Gundam Battle Alliance

Listen to this. They say you can “develop new Mobile Suits to add to your arsenal. Gather Capital and expansion parts to transform your favo(u)rite machine into the ultimate MS.” There’s Also co-op as well. After all you roll in a team of three. If you ain’t got no friends for whatever reason, you can play with bots.

We checked out some SD Gundam Battle Alliance gameplay and it’s not what we expected at first. It went for the miniature cutesy toy style for design. They are all short and look like toys fighting. The combat definitely looks like it flows. Smoothly too.

Overall SD Gundam Battle Alliance looks like it’s going to bee pure action. Those who are fans of the Gundam world and lore, will definitely enjoy this. Maybe not the style though. Let’s see how big this game is and else they got too offer. In time. We at X35 Earthwalker aren’t Gundam people but we check tings out still. The developers ‘ARTDINK’ have done a good job soo far. Now SD Gundam Battle Alliance may have a distorted history but it would instantly be fixed by… the ‘Earth Walk!’

X35 Earthwalker The Sims 4: High School Years

The Sims 4: High School Years is a new expansion pack for the Sims 4 universe developed by ‘Maxis Studios‘ and published by ‘Electronic Arts‘. The Sims 4: High School Years is said to be coming out the 28th of July 2022 on Xbox Series X, PS4 and PC. Sims is a big, big game. It’s getting bigger. X35 Earthwalker knows the Sims very well. Let’s take a look.

If you don’t know what the sims are by now then you aren’t a gamer. You are an 11 year old raging while playing Fortnite. Fortnite is a great game by the way. X35 Earthwalker plays Fortnite Zero build. The Sims is one of the biggest games in terms of its content. The Sims 4 just keeps getting bigger and bigger and there’s no stopping it. There’s already a horror expansion where you can be a vampire or something. Now we are going back to prom days.

X35 Earthwalker The Sims 4: High School Years

Its high school years so you know what that means. Time for all the wild times, fights, dumb stunts, bullies, hot girls, jocks, homework and more. No musical and spontaneously bursting out in synchronised song and dance. Not sorry. So we do know that in The Sims 4: High School years you can attend classes, build sociable relationships with your teachers, chill in the cafeteria and even hang out/loitering after school. Even specific things like your locker can be decorated.

X35 Earthwalker The Sims 4: High School Years

There’s more. The Sims 4: High School Years has prom off course. Dance all night really. You can have a crush and attempt to ask them out.  Make friends for a lifetime… maybe. After school activities are a thing. Read this whole description, “Make your bedroom your own, plan outfits with clothes designed by Depop sellers, and become a Simfluencer. Teen Sims can earn money by selling outfits and hyping up looks they design on Trendi right from their bedrooms, which are now more interactive than ever. Use a laptop, read a book in bed, or even have a pillow fight!” That’s deep for The Sims. A lot of stuff is happening here.

We checked out some The Sims 4: High School Years gameplay and it’s more than we expected. It’s deeper and more complex. There is the impression that there’s more mechanics than just click to go here and select an option. It’s like your sims will develop their own likes and dislikes as they go. Sort of like being a teen again and learning more things concerning yourself. You can even sneak out of home when it’s night time but there’s risks like how bad things can happen at night. Maybe your parents will get mad at you if caught. You can skip class too and risk being caught by the principle.

Overall The Sims 4: High School Years is not what we expected. You can even make your Sim become a streamer. You can turn your bedroom into a streaming studio. Get a gamer chair, wireless speakers and even acquire LED panels. so yeah, there’s a lot going on for sure. The developers ‘Maxis studios’ have done a fantastic job with this expansion. X35 Earthwalker will have to see if it’s as deep as they are portraying into be. Now The Sims 4: High School Years may have wild days in store but they are too calm for… the ‘Earth Walk!’
