X35 Earthwalker Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin

Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin is an action Role Playing Game developed by ‘Koei Tecmo Games‘ and ‘Team Ninja‘ and published by ‘Square Enix‘. Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin is said to be coming out March 18th 2022 on the Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4 and PC. There’s going to be lots of battles going on here. X35 Earthwalker is the best so it makes sense for us to talk about this. Let’s take a look.

Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin has an adventure here for us. Basically a dude named Jack, who has a serious drive to defeat chaos, must bring back the light of the crystals to Cornelia. Cornelia is a whole kingdom but it has been defeated by darkness. So yeah, expect multiple obstacles. It’s final Fantasy after all, so expect a prophecy or two. Basically Jack and his allies don’t know if they are the warriors of light or not. X35 Earthwalker already can see where this story can go and how to go about it in design but let’s see.

X35 Earthwalker Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin

It’s Final Fantasy. So you know there’s going to be big battles, some huge monsters and bosses and lots of weapons, magics and abilities. Gamers should expect a summon or two. If Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin doesn’t have summons, we will be heavily disappointed. X35 Earthwalker is quite interested in the whole chaos aspect. There was chaos in Final Fantasy XIII-2 with Caius. There was the goddess etro as well. So we would like to see how chaos rolls in Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin.

We saw a lot of different locations and environments in Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin. Here’s a list of some: Pravoka seaport, Crystal mirage, Cavern of earth, chaos shrine, the western keep, sunken shrine, the Flying Fortress, refrin wetlands and more. We always like the variety. These places have been described as “these locations seem foreign, with strange scenery and cultural atmospheres that don’t seem to fit into this world.” Let’s see how they show this.

X35 Earthwalker Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin

Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin claims to have “wildly different movesets”. We saw different movesets in Final Fantasy XV and it’s good. We expect Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin to be better. Like Astria Ascending, there’s job specializations which effect your skills. There’s a mechanic called soul shield which allows you to “lessen incoming damage”. Sort of reminds us of hardening in Mortal Shell. Like Elden Ring, you can rest at sites of grace – we mean save points which also brings back the enemies. So grind away. This should suggest that Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin should be a difficult game.

Read this whole description about equipment, “Each piece of equipment not only changes base stats, but helps add stylish dark fantasy flair. Equip multiple pieces in a set to not only complete the look, but deepen the stat bonuses available to your party. Job-based skill trees help craft a party that support each other with abilities and special attacks that can offset weaknesses and bolster strengths; customize your party according to your play style.”  Now this can easily allow for some deep mechanics. We need to see that. Do it well please.

We checked out some Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin gameplay and it’s what we expected in terms of the combat style. Things look awesome already. The combat is looking real clean too. We also see what seems to be executions for finishing of enemies. They also get red crystallised by the looks of it. It’s final Fantasy so you know there’s elemental based mystical attacks. Use the right ones to exploits weaknesses, you know the drill. We are king what we see right now. Definitely. Why does Jack remind us of Cor the immortal? With a combat system this clean, we demand that the body battles be maximum epicness. They have the means to do so.

Overall Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin looks awesome right now. From the environments and rears, to the combat and the mysteries. There’s much more to explore and look into. Especially the deeper mechanics but for now. Awesome stuff.  you can even use your abilities to effect the environment. Like clear obstacles, open up paths and a bit more. The developers ‘Koei Tecmo Games’ and ‘Team Ninja’ have done an excellent job so far. We at X35 Earthwalker are excited to see what this game brings.

Final Fantasy XV Royal Edition

Final Fantasy XV isn’t done yet. Not at all because Final Fantasy XV Royal Edition is coming out 6th of March 2018 on the Xbox One and PS4. The developer of Royal Edition is off course, ‘Square Enix‘. This edition is actually jammed packed. Let’s take a look.

One thing that is for sure about Final Fantasy, well the latest games, is that they have awesome graphics. We believe they have the best graphics and visuals. They continue to show this, especially in Final Fantasy XV. Now Royal Edition isn’t a new game. It’s basically an improved version but has much more to offer. If you are Final Fantasy fan, then you definitely have to check this out.

Off course when you buy Final Fantasy XV Royal Edition you will get the actual game. You will also receive lots of DLC content like Ragalia car skins, item sets and weapons. You will also receive complete control of the Royal vessel, that boat in Final Fantasy XV; in addition players can freely explore the large body of water located between Altissia and Cape Caem. It gets better. There is an brand new dungeon available for players to take on. It’s called ‘Insomnia City Ruins: Expanded Map’. So go check that out.

Final Fantasy XV Royal Edition - X35 Earthwalker

But wait! There’s more! Final Fantasy XV Royal Edition also includes all season pass content. That’s right. This means: Episode Prompto, Episode Gladiolus,Episode IgnisandMultiplayer Expansion: Comrades. Now Royal Edition sounds more than worth it but it gets even better. Armiger has been unleashed. After collecting all 13 royal arms, players will unlock a more “action-oriented mode of the Armiger”. So if you thought all that warping around and weapon variety was action enough, you haven’t seen anything yet.

Final Fantasy XV Royal Edition takes things further. This edition also includes new gear, new bosses and a first person mode. First person mode! In Final Fantasy XV! It makes you wonder how that will work. Like would it be the whole campaign and everything is first person or will the first person mode be available only at specific parts like in fights and boss battles? Or maybe it’s the opposite and the first person is only available for the open world parts and exploration. We will have to wait and see. This certainly changes up how the game is played. What if this first person mode leads to VR in the future. Who knows?

Final Fantasy XV Royal Edition - X35 Earthwalker

Now some gamers never see the point in getting certain editions of games and we understand in some cases. Some editions have the same high price but all that’s new is like a few levels and some skins which isn’t worth what they are charging. This edition though… has jammed packed this thing. All season pass content, new features, a new vehicle, more bosses etc. All for $49.99 or £36 (rounded up) if you pre-order. If you haven’t gotten the game before, this is the edition to start with.

Overall Final Fantasy XV Royal Edition is awesome. The developers, ‘Square Enix’ did an unbelievably outstanding job with this game edition. We at X35 Earthwalker are more than happy with the amount of effort and work that goes into the Final Fantasy games. This is worth checking out. Now Final Fantasy XV Royal Edition may be jammed packed, but still hasn’t got enough to challenge… the ‘Earth Walk!’

Episode Ignis

Final Fantasy XV is getting a new DLC called ‘Episode Ignis’, developed by ‘Square Enix’. Episode Ignis will be available on the 13th of December for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. We at X35 Earthwalker certainly love the amount of effort and work that goes into the Final Fantasy DLC’s. A lot of content is on the way but now it’s Ignis’s turn. Let’s take a look.

All Final Fantasy gamers will currently know Ignis. He is the composed and serious one but stays cool. he is the tactical and brains of the group. We couldn’t play as him in Final Fantasy XV but worked with the players but now… It’s his turn to shine. In Final Fantasy XV: Episode Ignis. Players control… well… Ignis (who else?). This DLC takes place as Noctis is still unconscious after the trial of Leviathan. Ignis has an adventure of his own. He puts his tactical mastery to use in Altissia to protect the city.

Final Fantasy XV: Episode Ignis - X35 Earthwalker

Now we love Ignis at X35 Earthwalker because of his personality and because strategy and getting tactical is definitely our thing. Final Fantasy XV: Episode Ignis is suppose to be not only breath taking but emotional. The developers want to really get the players into what’s happening here. Ignis will protect his comrades, especially Noctis at any cost… even if it means sacrificing himself. Now this kind of friendship and duty they have for each other is beautiful. Friendship can be the strongest bond there is and the Bible teaches this as well.

From what we have seen of the DLC gamers can expect some huge battles, towering enemies, being out numbered and facing familiar foes once again. Everything looks smooth and the combat looks awesome. At times it looks like Ignis is more dangerous than Noctis. The tactical ones are normally the ones who win. The Zoom around the battlefield, travel from roof top to roof top and use elemental attacks and even work with allies to defeat your enemies, defend the city and off course Noctis. The action certainly hasn’t turned down here.

Already a number of Final Fantasy fans are excited and have good things to say about what they have seen already. We know Episode Ignis means serious business because Ignis means business. Seriously look at his face. Look at him straight in the eyes… now that’s serious.

Final Fantasy XV: Episode Ignis - X35 Earthwalker

Overall from what we know and have seen, this DLC might just bring some feelings to gamers. The graphics look great as always, the attention to detail is excellent as well. The sounds still sound relevant and nicely done. As you go through the game some of the stuff happening in your surroundings are just worth taking a look at like when that air ship got punched by that large humanoid being. The developers ‘Square Enix’ did an excellent job with this DLC so far. This is worth checking out. Now Ignis may have an episode now but one thing always had an episode and that’s… the Earth Walk!’

Final fantasy XV Comrades

Final Fantasy XV is getting their first multiplayer expansion called ‘Comrades” for Xbox One and PS4 the 31st of October. That’s right, you heard us. Fans of the Final Fantasy XV will be thrilled to hear this and we can confirm that it’s going to be excellent. It’s pretty much what you would expect it to be. Let’s take a look.

Basically, the story behind the Final Fantasy Multiplayer Expansion Comrades is that Noctis who is king at the time vanished into the light (whatever that means) and so darkness saw the opportunity and covered and overran the earth. So some brave comrades are here to fight and bring the light back to the kingdom of Lucis. The players are these comrades who are members of kingsglaive who have powers and abilities invoked from different lucian kings. Sounds interesting but quite simple.

So the big adventure of Final Fantasy XV with the exploration, fighting large and powerful monsters and bosses that many fans loved can now be experienced with friends. Off course it’s different though. Still a large world with tons of things to do like even get a chocobo suit which you can wear and run around, this is so far our favourite thing (the chocobo suit). So no A.I’s this time, just you and your hopefully equally intelligent friends. This also bring other factors into the equation. For example now that you can communicate and strategise with your allies more effectively now, wouldn’t the enemies be more powerful and difficult to balance out this new advantage of the players? Think about that. Strategy needs to be tight this time around.

We have checked out some Final Fantasy XV Multiplayer expansion Comrades gameplay and everything does look cool. The awesome graphics, the excellent sounds to the amazing visuals and large monsters. the animations are always good here. It’s going to be very chaotic with all the magic and abilities being thrown around so make sure to keep an eye on your character and what’s happening around you. Off course players get to customise their characters to how they see fit. The level of customisation is quite high. There will be a good number of options to select from for the: top, bottom, shoes, gloves, outfits and accessories with sections like ‘top’ having more options within like: face, hair, features, voice figure, attire, colour etc. When you think about it, there is quite a bit to choose from which is very good. Come on, who doesn’t like options?

Overall the Final Fantasy XV Multiplayer Expansion Comrades is looking really excellent right now. The smoothness of the gameplay and action is top level. Zoom around and fight as you please to get the advantage. It has been confirmed that characters from the main game like Ignis, Gladiolus and Prompto will be playable characters in future game updates. The developers ‘Sqaue Enix’ did an excellent job with Final Fantasy XV Multiplayer Expansion Comrades. We at X35 Earthwalker will definitely be keep an eye out for this game. This expansion is worth checking out. It’s said that Final Fantasy XV Multiplayer Expansion Comrades will be epic but it certainly ain’t half as epic… as the ‘Earth Walk!’

Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy is an awesome game developed by ‘Square Enix’ and was released in 2013 for Xbox 360 and PS3. X35 Earthwalker himself loves this game but like with other great games there is also some weak spots in the game. We have been playing the game again recently and we made some huge progress. About to face Caius in an ultimate swordsman battle. If you want to play this game then make sure you can do the following things: good reflexes, good multi tasking, good memory and persistent. If you don’t then you can still play but things will be a bit harder.

Lightning truly returns and boy does she know how to make an entrance. Basically you play Lightning who has been chosen by Bhunivelze to be the saviour who is tasked with bringing souls from the world to the next life. As the saviour she has the power to take people’s souls and immense strength and other powers. This is because the end of the world is here. The world has only 6 days left and time doesn’t wait for you making this a game where you can’t stay still. You must work fast and act fast. Use your days awisely and ecide what order to complete quests and anything else. The story in this game is very well done and it all adds up nicely together. Within this time you must save as many souls as you can. This can be done by completing quests for them. Some people need to gain hope again. Some need a certain item returned to them to inspire them. Some have unfinished business and it’s all up to you to help them out. Each soul you collect increases your stats: hp, strength and magic. There is numerous quests to complete and you better complete them for several reasons. First, you need to complete the game. Second, you need to boost your stats otherwise you won’t be able to beat any boss. Third because if you complete main quests you can extend the amount of days you have till the end of the world. We heard it can be extended up to by 7 more days. The many quests is why you need to be good and remembering and multi tasking as the quests can all pile on meaning, many things to do.

The graphics in this game are wonderful. The characters look so well designed. The details that went into the levels and areas are so great. The special effects look real good as well. The developers did really good for the time it was released. The sounds are on time and appropriate all contributing to the setting and mood of the game. The music isn’t the best from the franchise but still well done. It does help set the atmosphere in the area you are in. The A.I in this game are good, we can say. They are all doing their own things and look different from each other (we expect that from games as great as final fantasy). There are 4 different areas for the player to explore: Luxerion, Yusnaan, The wildlands and the dead dunes. What we love at X35 Earthwalker is always variety. Each of those areas are so different from each other. Luxerion is a peaceful city where entire groups wait patiently for the end with prayers and hope. A nice simple place. Yusnaan is the exact opposite. Here, it’s parties, shows and celebrations all the time. They don’t seem to care. The wildlands is pure nature, fields and hunters. It’s like a small safari and looks lovely but danger is lurking around. The dead dunes is actually dead. Lots of sand, rocks, bones and runes. Only thing to do here is explore really. Different enemies but we wish for them to be more distinctly different from each other.

The combat is the main thing here. Like with final fantasy 13 and 13-2, the enemy appears and you get the chance to strike it first before fighting it. If you do then the enemy will start with 10% less health and 25% if you strike them without them knowing you were there. The actual fight is where the good reflexes come in handy. You have 3 schemata, basically battle sets. Each set you design and can have different abilities, stats, weapons and accessories. So for example you could design a schemata which focuses on heavy defense so you may equip the heavy guard ability and give a shield that has really high guard resistance to make enemy attacks do practically nothing. Recommend having a defensive, magic based and attack based schematas to make things easier. With one button you can switch between them at any time to suit the situation. So switch to your defensive for when you want to block a series or powerful attacks then switch back to your offensive ones. On top of that you must handle staggering enemies, exploiting their weaknesses and giving enemies ailments or removing your own. Things get tricky but mastering this part of the game will set you up nicely for everything else. Lastly if you block at the same time as an attack hits you, you greatly reduce the damage you receive and most of time take no damage at all.

The bosses in this game are definitely epic battles. When you face off against the likes of Noel, Snow, powerful monsters and off course Caius the guardian, it feels so epic especially with the music going trough your head. These guys no a thing or two about how to kill their enemies. When facing a boss, you can’t just rush your enemies and win. Nope, not at all. The difficulty is almost like final fantasy 13 where every fight is hard, long and strategic. You will need to not only use your 3 schematas but also create the right ones for the boss. You must block the attacks perfectly as much as possible to survive, you must exploit their weaknesses and do it all quick. If you need help then use your recovery items to add buffs or just regain health. Last of all use your EP abilities to your advantage. EP abilities range from completely healing you (curaga), damage all enemies and launch them into the air (quake) and over cloak which is the signature ability which slows down time for everything and everyone but lightning. Collect EP from completing big quests and replenish it from defeating enemies.

The schemata system is easy to understand and build. You can build up to 8 schematas (excluding the 3 active ones) we believe and keep them stored so you can just swap out your schematas whenever you want. Garbs are the main body of your schemata, not only are they different outfits but some come with their own abilities (like ‘flood’) and effects like increased damage resistance. Some are better than others concerning stat boosts and abilities but when others are better in terms of style and looks. Seriously they really range from fancy to warrior looking clothes. Go with your own style. The game has a save wherever you want feature which is very good and most gamers love that feature. Also there is a lot of accessories (adornments) to collect and wear. You could have an awesome looking ton berry lantern attached to lightnings cloths or get a tiara or crown and bunch of other stuff. There is a lot of options.

Overall this game is awesome and we love it. Some may find it difficult and we agree as it is, due to having a time limit and having multiple things to focus on at once. This final fantasy game is definitely different from the others and if any fans haven’t played it yet, we encourage you to play it. Lightning is still herself, strong and powerful. ‘Square Enix’ did a very great job. There is so much to say about this but we will leave it here.
