X35 Earthwalker Warhammer 40000: Darktide

Warhammer 40000: Darktide is just pure action. Let’s start off with that. X35 Earthwalker have been completing many missions, rising through the ranks, mowing down endless foes and fried those foolish enough to stand against him. If you want a team based shooter and to face down hordes of enemies then definitely give Warhammer 40000: Darktide a whirl. Here are some thoughts.

Warhammer 40000: Darktide isn’t just about the hordes. There’s special enemy units who bring whole new problems to your team. You have a dude with a net gun to catch and immobilise a whole team mate. There’s real bad dogs who will also pin and immobilise a whole teammate. There’s even a flame grenade throwing hater who will set the whole floor on fire. This isn’t even one quarter of all the special units. This game can get real crazy.

Of course X35 Earthwalker chose the Psyker class. Psyker is the best class in the whole game… we don’t care what you have to say. Psykers are crazy. We have literally held back and fried and entire horde of enemies with smite. It looks cool. It sounds nice and there’s electricity and smoke everywhere. UNLIMITED POWER!!!! As you laugh or cackle like a madman or mad woman. No Star Wars reference included. Smokey remains is all that’s left. The other classes do the dang thang but they are what you’d expect… normal. We need to see more of the zealot. 

Now we do believe that the zealot needs a rework. Basically there’s no reason to pick a zealot. The Skullbreaker Ogryn exists. That’s the reason. If you want melee then the ogryn is the better pick. The ogryn has more hp, big powerful ranged weapons, can revive without interruption and possibly do the most damage out of all classes. So yeah… no zealot needed. They need to change what the zealot does as a whole. The zealot is suppose to be zealous and faithful to the emperor and willing to die for the cause. Then give the zealot some holy powers and abilities.. not just being tough. They should be able to imbue holy power into their weapons or have far more emphasis on fire to burn out and cleanse the heretics. Maybe some miracle abilities or a passive that happens when someone is immobilised. The zealot needs a whole rework to actually be useful and stand out. Right now we won’t pick a zealot. 

X35 Earthwalker has livestreamed Warhammer 40000: Darktide. Also check out the gameplay videos we have. They show you all you need to know about Warhammer 40000: Darktide. Another major change we need is a whole new faction of enemies. Warhammer 40000: Darktide with the city of Tertium is big enough for more development. What if another faction shows up in the city. What if orcs and grits invade or an orc event. What if gene stealers start emerging from underground or something. Both do make sense and can be dealt with by the class of characters we control. Developers could get creative and bring in something completely new to the Warhammer 40000 universe that isn’t canon… if they have the rights to do so. It’s a video game after all, things should get creative.

Warhammer 40000: Darktide doesn’t need to stop where it currently is. This game can go even further and bring in more players. The game has gone through some quality of life changes. What we need now is some big stuff instead. Even though Warhammer 40000: Darktide is good fun. It does get a bit old. Just go in and repeat missions, reach a certain level to unlock a simple but not exciting cutscene. Doesn’t feel like much of a story right now. The action is clearly the main feature as it should be. Some aspects need to change and upgrade. If Warhammer 40000: Darktide wants to be about action, then crank that action up even more.

Overall Warhammer 40000: Darktide is a great game still. If you and your friends want team shooting action then you have an answer here. Warhammer 40000: Darktide is definitely better than Left 4 Dead 2. We at X35 Earthwalker are looking forward to seeing big changed and improvements to this game.

Warhammer 40000: Darktide is the big co-op action game developed and published by ‘Fat Shark‘. Warhammer 40000: Darktide is said to be coming out the 4th of October 2023 on the Xbox Series X… finally! We out here waiting for years! Warhammer 40000: Darktide was already out on pc for the pc scumbags. X35 Earthwalker had his eye on this game and avoided all gameplay of it except the initial trailers. Warhammer 40000: Darktide better bring the heat. Here are some quick thoughts. Let’s take a look. [This was suppose to come out earlier]

X35 Earthwalker already has a G Blog on Warhammer 40000: Darktide. Read it here. Warhammer 40000: Darktide is a game we were waiting for. We are excited to play it. Very disappointed to hear that it only came out on pc. Lot of good that did. didn’t hear anyone talking about the game and it has mixed reviews on steam. Now the real platform… Xbox is getting it. We have taken a good interest in Warhammer 40000 games more recently and have been happy with them. Space Marines, Space Hulk Tactics, Inquisitor and Tacticus. Now Warhammer 40000: Darktide will be our next chapter.

Warhammer 40000: Darktide being in the universe that it has. Grimdark and all… we are expecting some brutal stuff. We want to see tyrannids in swarms chewing at our faces. We want to see blood and corpses. We want a variety of powerful weapons and feel in danger. We want it obvious that we are facing powerful foes and fearsome hordes. Warhammer 40000: Darktide better not get wimpy on us and make these battles cheap. We have many thoughts and some questions. A game like this is so easy to get right. So yeah, expectations are high for this game.

Warhammer 40000: Darktide is a 4 player co-op action game. This description alone reminds us of Aliens: Fireteam Elite. A squad who must work together to survive and defeat the hordes of foes. Warhammer 40000: Darktide has been described similarly. The pressure and dangers were certainly on in Aliens: Fireteam Elite. We need that here in Warhammer 40000: Darktide. So yeah, excited. More gamers need to learn to ignore the online critics and groups like ign for their takes on games. Terrible in the past and terrible today. We found and had good fun on many games they all judged incorrectly.

We checked out some Warhammer 40000: Darktide gameplay and it’s what we mostly expected. We know about the four character classes: Psykinetic, Sharpshooter, Skullbreaker and Preacher. Each doing their thing but hopefully the preacher stands out more from the obvious role of the skullbreaker. How many Warhammer 40000 weapons will we actually get our hands on? Will we see the astra military in action? How balanced will things be? We gon find out.

Overall Warhammer 40000: Darktide looks like a very good game. We still have some concerns but it’s something we will see when playing. We already know what character class we will try first. Another big game for Xbox players to dive into and it’s going to be a good time. Yes we are excited. We at X35 Earthwalker will have to see all the bloody and ruthless action for ourselves. Now Warhammer 40000: Darktide may have a grim dark universe but it’s all cute stuff in the eyes of… the ‘Earth Walk!’

Warhammer 40000: Darktide is a new action first person shooter game developed and published by ‘Fatshark’. Warhammer 40000: Darktide is an Xbox exclusive said to be coming out 2012 on the Xbox Series X and PC. Now this game has gotten a lot of people’s attention. Now none of that matters, what does matter is that it got our attention. Let’s take a look.

Now X35 Earthwalker checked this out and we got a healthy amount of information. In the world of Warhammer 40000: Darktide it seems that team work is heavily emphasised. Even in the trailer it’s a team of four with one of them being wounded. These four people are in Tertium, which is a hive city. Players with others will be in another battle between of the imperium vs the chaos factions. This isn’t your friendly neighbourhood hive city. It’s busy, populated and full of enemies… whole hordes of them. They have been described as “enemies you have only seen in your nightmares”. You get to face them.

Now we hope they do look like nightmarish creatures. Many games try to say their enemies are terrifying and scary but fail. We end up blowing through them like they are trash without a care in the world. Nothing scary about them. So Warhammer 40000: Darktide need to bring forth actually scary enemies which isn’t hard to do. Once again if we were put on development teams or better yet in charge we would bring out the best stuff. Like seriously, make them actually scary. Make things dark, have creatures of different speeds, give them scary noises that range in sounds. Have creatures that pounce from the dark with serious consequences. We won’t say more.

Now what we also know that’s great news is that the developers are getting rid of some cheap strategies. They are focusing on making melee and being up close essential in Warhammer 40000: Darktide. Now players can’t play cheap and hide behind powerful ranged weapons all day long which makes the game boring. Now one way of doing this would be to have enemies the are so fast that aiming and shutting isn’t the best option. They could amp up the number of enemies to make it so that you can’t mow them all down with firearms or don’t have time to reload. Either way we hope they do it make that variety in combat is needed, specifically melee.

Apparently there’s more going on down in Tertium. There’s a cult called ‘Admonition’ in Warhammer 40000: Darktide. Their goal is to have control of the planet Atoma prime. They will destroy those who live there and bring an overwhelming tide of darkness. Your primary goal is to sort this cult out. To get rid of the enemy before the whole city becomes a messed up chaotic place (like it isn’t already). Now remember that Fatshark are the same people who developed Warhammer 40000: Vermintide so that excites a number of fans but not us. We didn’t like Warhammer 40000: Vermintide 

There is no gameplay but from the information we gathered on Warhammer 40000: Darktide we basically know what it’s going to be. It’s 4 player co-op, in a dark place, facing hordes in first person action with serious monsters who are chilling in the dark. Sounds like our kind of game. Just make sure it has local co-op. Those games that only has online co-op are just wasting our time. From what we have seen it looks good and we like the concept. They just need to deliver. 

Overall Warhammer 40000: Darktide looks like it’s going to be a very good game. We have high expectations and know exactly how to make Warhammer 40000: Darktide awesome. They better not mess up. We at X35 Earthwalker are definitely looking forward to Warhammer 40000: Darktide. The developers ‘Fatshark’ have a lot to do… do your best guys. Now Warhammer 40000: Darktide may have nightmarish enemies but those enemies are a joke when up against… the ‘Earth Walk!’
