Hell Let Loose: Vietnam is a first person shooter multiplayer game developed by ‘Expression games’ and published by ‘Team 17‘. Hell Let Loose: Vietnam is said to be coming out the 18th of June 2026 on the Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC. X35 Earthwalker has experience with Vietnam. Now Hell Let Loose: Vietnam is looking to bring intense battles. Let’s take a look.

Hell Let Loose: Vietnam is a straight up shooting multiple game. Full size battles. No story here. Just war. Only war. America went to Vietnam to burrow some brown sugar but SOMEHOW curse words were exchanged and now it’s war.
Big 50 versus 50 matches. That’s right, 100 players. People who enjoyed Battlefield 6 large battles will feel sort off at home here. It’s big battles. 5 areas to fight over across 6 large scale maps the wild environments of Vietnam. Mountain gorges and off course the heavy thick jungles.

It’s not just running around and shooting in Hell Let Loose: Vietnam. There will be drivable patrol boats, tunnel digging and off course the helicopters. So imagine the chaos. So much will be going on through this war. There’s even “historically accurate weapons”.
There’s even loads of roles for players to assume.
-
Command: Commander
-
Mortar Squad: Observer, Support, Gunner
-
Recon: Spotter, Sniper
-
Helicopter (US only): Logistics Officer, Pilot
-
Armour: Tank Commander, Crewman
- Infantry: Squad Leader, Rifleman, Grenadier, Engineer, Medic, Specialist, Machine Gunner
Now we hope the balancing of these roles make sense. Off course there’s room for role play but we hope that’s it’s actually good and fun to be these classes. Hell Let Loose: Vietnam must remember that it’s not fun to just be a spotter.

Hell Let Loose: Vietnam shot our attention because X35 Earthwalker has battled in Vietnam before. Conflict: Vietnam came after the Conflict: Desert Storm games. X35 Earthwalker enjoyed that game a lot. Full adventure and tons of battles. So Vietnam is in our good books video game wise.
We checked out some Hell Let Loose: Vietnam gameplay and it’s what we expected. Lots of shooting, no looting, vehicles, explosives, yelling and more. It’s just straight up action.
Overall Hell Let Loose: Vietnam looks like a good game. The graphics are high tier. The details, as in the vegetation and environment, are top tier. Very detailed and we like it. Our main concern will be the roles you can play. We hope they all fun to play. What’s the limits to them too? The developers ‘Expression games’ have done a great job so far. We at X35 Earthwalker will keep and ear open concerning this game. Now Hell Let Loose: Vietnam may have big battles but they are insignificant to… the ‘Earth Walk!’
